Q: Is this air bed too soft? What is the support like?

A: It won't sink or sag. It features a stable internal tension-string core that provides strong support once inflated, moulding closely to your body shape. The overall feel is firm and stable, comfortably supporting you as you sleep.

Q: The description mentions a fitted sheet - is it attached to the bed or separate? Is it easy to clean?

A: The fitted sheet is a separate matching accessory (featuring a concealed zip) that simply slips over the bed. This design protects the bed itself while giving the surface a softer, more skin-friendly feel. If it gets dirty, you can just unzip it and wash it separately - very convenient.

Q: Does this TPU material have any odour?

A: There is virtually no odour. The bed is made from high-quality TPU, which is inherently almost odourless. What's more, TPU is highly durable, offering excellent tear resistance and abrasion resistance for a longer lifespan.

Q: Will it slide around on a smooth tent floor?

A: It won't slide easily. We've added anti-slip particles to the base of the bed to significantly increase friction with the ground. Additionally, the webbing carry handles on both sides make it easy to move and set up, while also helping to keep it in place.
