Tent Selection Rules

1. The size of the tent
Whether the space provided by the tent is suitable is an important indicator for selecting a tent. How tall are you? When you lie comfortably in your sleeping bag, can the tent provide sufficient length? Is vertical space sufficient? Do you feel flustered sitting in it? The longer you plan to spend in a tent, the more space you need in the tent.

2. Temperature
If you go to a cold place and may need to prepare dinner in a tent, you need a tent with special ventilation openings. Making some hot coffee or instant noodles can make people feel comfortable, but if using a stove in a tent, there should be enough space in the tent to ensure safety.

3. Capacity
Tent manufacturers often overestimate the number of people a tent can accommodate. A nominal tent for 1-2 people often means that when used by one person, it is sufficient; But when two people use it, they may have to throw all the equipment and food outside the tent. This is a question that must be considered when selecting and purchasing tents.

4. Weight of tent
When purchasing a tent, don't forget to take the tent to your camping site. If you travel by car, it means that you can live comfortably because you can bring a heavier and larger tent; But if the tent is to be carried on its shoulders all day, the weight issue becomes a major issue. Bringing a tent that is overweight and more than needed can only bring pain to the journey.
